Mostly Sunsets
With how many Miami sunsets we have down here, it's weird that I haven't taken more pictures of them... probably because my camera's been broken. Oh well. Here's a few I took on Bizcayne Bay.
I like how in this one it looks like there are two sources of light. I mean, it's obvious that there's only one sun, but there's two openings in the clouds.
The colors in this are crazy. The sun's not visible in this... I think I like the ones with the sun in it.
Eh... This one's not very exciting, but I think it's the most classic of a typical sunset picture.
This was taken right after I took the one above, only I changed the F-Stop. It's amazing how much darker it made it look, and how surreal the sun looks with such a dark sky.
I took this while walking from class, on my campus. Compared to the others, I guess it doesn't look at cool.
So I was coming back from the library one night, and a helicopter flew right overhead and landed in the field just beside campus, so I jumped a few fences and got some good pictures. It's kind of sad, though. Some guy got into a car accident and lost his leg or something, so I heard.
This was taken with the pictures above at Bizcayne Bay. It took me a long time to get one I liked, I'm not sure why... oh yeah... I had to wait for the sun to come out of the clouds or something.
Hmmm... I don't know. I was trying to be cool with Photoshop and make that little gold branch brighter, then I also wanted the clouds to stand out. But then I got frustrated and just upped the contrast as high as I could make it. Then I sort of liked it. I don't know, maybe it's just because I'm irritated.
